For over 60 years, we have supplied quality masonry and precast concrete products for residential, commercial, municipal, utility, and infrastructure projects throughout Arizona, proudly serving Yavapai, Coconino, Mohave, La Paz, Gila, Navajo, and Apache Counties.

Yavapai Block Co., Inc. and DBA Yavapai Precast are Northern Arizona’s largest manufacturers of concrete block and precast concrete.
We are a three-generation family owned business that began with the purchase of Yavapai Block in 1966, followed by Yavapai Precast in 1978. The business is owned and operated by President Tyler Smith.
Yavapai Block is a manufacturer of standard and architectural concrete block, fence block, pavers, and the Versa-Lok concrete segmental retaining wall systems.
Yavapai Precast is a manufacturer of precast concrete septic tanks, alternate waste water system tanks, rainwater catchments, grease and lint traps, sand oil interceptors, parking bumpers, and more.
When you purchase products from Yavapai Block, you are directly supporting Arizona communities. All of our major raw materials are purchased in-state. Through profits, we help support Arizona charities and schools.
