Masonry & Precast Concrete Delivery Throughout Northern Arizona
Yavapai Precast provides delivery service for both masonry and manufactured precast concrete products. On septic tank products. We deliver throughout Northern Arizona and to projects across Arizona, depending on product type, order size, and project location. For septic tank products, delivery includes setting the tank in a properly sized and excavated hole. Any septic tank products that are picked up by the customer will void the manufacturer’s warranty. These products require specialized equipment for proper handling, transport, and placement. Yavapai Precast will not be responsible for any damage caused by mishandling of these products.
We regularly deliver precast concrete products throughout Northern Arizona, including Yavapai County, Coconino County, Mohave County, Navajo County, and surrounding communities. Our delivery capabilities support municipal infrastructure, utility, transportation, commercial, and site development projects throughout the region.
On all other products, delivery is to the jobsite and does not include setting the product in place. However, arrangements can be made for product placement at an additional charge by calling the office.
Pick Up Orders
Customers can pick up products at our manufacturing facility in Prescott, AZ during normal business hours. Pick up of large amounts of product (truckloads) will need to be staged for pick up and require prior arrangements to be made with the office. Customers that pick up products need to realize that precast concrete products are very heavy, and require properly sized vehicles and trailers for safe transport. Product weights are available by calling the office.

Delivery Fuel Surcharge
Dear Valued Customer,
Due to the unprecedented increase in fuel costs, we are going to institute an additional fuel surcharge on every delivery.
Effective April 1, 2026, there will be an additional fuel surcharge added on all deliveries that will be adjusted as needed based on fuel price increases in $0.50 per gallon increments. The surcharge will be applied when the average fuel price exceeds $4.00 a gallon. For the most common delivery zones, the initial fuel surcharge with diesel fuel at $5.00 per gallon is as follows:
• Zone 1 (Prescott/Prescott Valley/Chino Valley): $15.00
• Zone 2 (Mayer to Cordes/Paulden/Williamson Valley Rd. past Mint Creek to Long Meadow Ranch): $20.00
• Zone 3 (Ash Fork/Wilhoit/Yarnell): $30.00
• Zone 4 (Sedona/Verde Valley/Wickenburg): $45.00
• Zone 5 (Flagstaff): $60.00
