Accessibility Statement

What are We Doing with Accessibility?

We incorporate website accessibility standards into the design and maintenance of our website to ensure access for all people regardless of ability or method of access.

To help us make our website a positive place for everyone, we’ve been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 from the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user-friendly for everyone. The guidelines have three levels (A, AA and AAA) and we’ve chosen Level A as the target for our website.

Accessibility on GCAP

Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park makes available the One Click/UserWay Accessibility widget that is powered by a dedicated server. The software allows the site to improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

Enabling the Accessibility Menu

Glenwood Caverns’ accessibility menu can be enabled by clicking the menu icon that appears on the lower left corner of the page. After triggering the menu, please wait a moment for the menu to load in its entirety.

Disclaimer

Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park continues its efforts to constantly improve the accessibility of its site and services in the belief that it is our collective moral obligation to allow seamless, accessible and unhindered use also for those of us with disabilities.

Despite our efforts to make all pages and content on Glenwood Caverns’ website fully accessible, some content may not have yet been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be a result of not having found or identified the most appropriate technological solution.

DELIVERY FUEL SURCHARGE

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to the unprecedented increase in fuel costs, we are going to institute an additional fuel surcharge on every delivery.

Effective April 1, 2026, there will be an additional fuel surcharge added on all deliveries that will be adjusted as needed based on fuel price increases in $0.50 per gallon increments. The surcharge will be applied when the average fuel price exceeds $4.00 a gallon. For the most common delivery zones, the initial fuel surcharge with diesel fuel at $5.00 per gallon is as follows:

Zone 1 (Prescott/Prescott Valley/Chino Valley): $15.00
Zone 2 (Mayer to Cordes/Paulden/Williamson Valley Rd. past Mint Creek to Long Meadow Ranch): $20.00
Zone 3 (Ash Fork/Wilhoit/Yarnell): $30.00
Zone 4 (Sedona/Verde Valley/Wickenburg): $45.00
Zone 5 (Flagstaff): $60.00

Due to the severity of the current fuel cost crisis, there will be no price protection. If you have any questions, please contact Derrick, Mark, or myself.

Thank you for your understanding,

Tyler Smith
President
