Smooth Face CMU for Clean, Modern Walls

Smooth face CMU provides a clean, uniform surface for interior and exterior walls where a refined finish is desired. Yavapai Block manufactures smooth face concrete block at our Prescott facility for commercial, institutional, residential and landscape projects throughout Northern Arizona.

The even surface can be left exposed, painted or sealed, making it a versatile option for modern designs, utility spaces and architectural applications where clean lines and consistent texture are important.

Clean Lines & Flexible Design

Smooth face concrete block offers a clean, consistent surface that works with both modern and traditional architecture. Units can be painted, sealed or left exposed, giving designers flexibility in color, texture and overall appearance. Different sizes, colors and layouts can also be combined with materials such as glass, metal and wood to create contrasting walls, accents and mixed-material facades.

DELIVERY FUEL SURCHARGE

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to the unprecedented increase in fuel costs, we are going to institute an additional fuel surcharge on every delivery.

Effective April 1, 2026, there will be an additional fuel surcharge added on all deliveries that will be adjusted as needed based on fuel price increases in $0.50 per gallon increments. The surcharge will be applied when the average fuel price exceeds $4.00 a gallon. For the most common delivery zones, the initial fuel surcharge with diesel fuel at $5.00 per gallon is as follows:

• Zone 1 (Prescott/Prescott Valley/Chino Valley): $15.00
• Zone 2 (Mayer to Cordes/Paulden/Williamson Valley Rd. past Mint Creek to Long Meadow Ranch): $20.00
• Zone 3 (Ash Fork/Wilhoit/Yarnell): $30.00
• Zone 4 (Sedona/Verde Valley/Wickenburg): $45.00
• Zone 5 (Flagstaff): $60.00
